I’ve been doing tons of research to figure out what has caused Gabby Union to spiral into alcoholism and I was hella pumped to discover her new favorite phrase, “We’re Going to Need More Wine”, is actually the title of her upcoming book! It’s supposed to entail several essays that are funny, complicated and true.

The 44-year-old actress shared the cover for the book of essays exclusively via PEOPLE on Tuesday.

According to the Huffington Post:

“Throughout my life, I’ve often wondered aloud ‘How the hell did I end up here? Why me?’” Union told People.

“Not sure I’ve ever found all the answers to those questions, but in this book I share my journey … the good, the bad, and the WTF. You will definitely need more wine for this one.”

The book, which will be published by Dey Street Books, will reportedly feature essays dealing with sexuality, race, beauty, and Unions marriage with NBA player Dwyane Wade.

We’re Going To Need More Wine will be released in October 2017.
